Conservative renovation of a historically relevant building, overlooked by the Architectural and Cultural Heritage Department of Piedmont, with the goal of realizing a private accommodation. The project contemplated reorganizing the layout and the plant design, in full compliance with the historic layout. All the hardwood floors from 1700's have been salvaged and refurbished, as well as the wood panelling in the main hall and the original frescos, removing the more recent layers. Furthermore, the energy performance has been improved thanks to a geothermal plant for water and heating.
