An intervention on a 1940s reinforced concrete building, that had never been refurbished since then. The idea behind the project of converting this space was to connect the living area with the green hill behind the building: a large glass wall acts as a backdrop for the entryway that separates the kitchen from the living room. A new home in the city centre for a new family: two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large living area, a kitchen; maximum space efficiency and minimum dispersion. A fresh and welcoming atmosphere.
An hospitable residence
