Calù - Cooking and ice cream

In the city centre of Caluso (TO), the historical building which hosted local Erbaluce DOC grape and wine reseller. Already transformed in a bar-restaurant in 2000, it reopens today as Calù after a total restyling of the premises and with a new look. A young and contemporary venue, with a tight bond with the territory and its products of excellence. The project tackled every aspect, from the choice of the name to the colour palette, from the furniture to the light fixtures and every other finishing; every choice is carefully aimed at defining a distinct and successful identity. The green tones recall the surrounding landscape, the wood lends the premises a natural feeling and the lights create an elegant contrast with the black surfaces. Thus, Calù was not conceived as a simple restaurant but, with a wider look at the territory, it becomes a landmark of local transformation, promoting local products tasting in an environment created for aggregation, events and culture. A place where space, colours and light take the lead.
